The Journal of Nursing Theory and Practice (JNTP) invites submissions for upcoming issues. We welcome a broad range of contributions that engage with themes in nursing, midwifery, public health, and healthcare practice. Whether your work is theoretical, reflective, empirical, or practice-based, we’re interested in publishing research that informs, challenges, and advances the field.

Types of articles considered:

  • Opinion pieces and discursive essays
  • Reflective writing and critical commentaries
  • Systematic, scoping, and literature reviews
  • Case studies and clinical narratives
  • Research studies and evaluation reports
  • Practice development and innovation articles

If you’re working on something that doesn’t fit neatly into these categories, or you’d like to discuss a proposal before submitting, we encourage you to get in touch with Paul Regan at PJRegan@lancashire.ac.uk.

For submission guidelines and formatting requirements, please visit the JNTP Author Guidelines.

We look forward to reading your work and sharing it with a growing community of healthcare scholars and practitioners.
